Pick up a Reserve
- go to the Cottage Store
- inform the clerk that you have a “reserve"
- give them your name
- pay the cashier for the tree
- our Barn Workers will retrieve your tree
(Barn tags are stamped with a number once the purchase is complete and trees are cut in that number order) - you can wait on the store porch for a Barn Worker to call your name when the tree is ready
Scheduled Pickup
- …scheduled every 15 minutes, you don’t have to arrive at the scheduled time but your tree will be ready by that time
- Call or email ahead to “schedule a pickup”
- Indicate your desired pick-up day, time and if you want the tree wrapped & drilled
- Pickups are scheduled every 15 minutes and are cut 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
- When you arrive, inform them you have a “scheduled pickup”
- Pay for your tree
- Show your receipt at the barn to retrieve your tree
